Please send us a printed copy of your order along with a Postal Order (available from any UK post office) or a cheque from any UK Bank in Pounds Sterling for the full amount including postage. Cheque's must be cleared at our bank before the items are sent out, allow 10 days to clear.

Postage:


Our web site totals the weight of the products in your order and calculates your postage charges. We use the published Royal Mail rates or UPS as a guide and will try to use the cheapest delivery service.
We will deliver your order quickly but it may take several days in some areas.
(1) Please note parcels must be signed for on receipt, inspect the packaging for damage before you sign.
(2) You will be deemed to have accepted the parcel in good condition once it is signed for. Once a parcel is signed for in good condition' no claim can be made.
(3) If the parcels packaging is damaged please mark ‘damaged’ on the delivery note.
(4) A package marked ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted for a damage claim.

Please pack with care and return to Creative Crafts for a full refund, including delivery and return postal costs for the goods.

Order Cancellations:


You can cancel your order before we dispatch the goods or within 7 days from the day after receipt. Refunds are made within 30 days of the cancellation date. We request that goods are returned unused and in their original packing. We will refund the cost of the goods in full, less the cost of the postage.
If for any reason you are unwilling to post the item back, we can arrange collection at a mutually convenient time and deduct the cost of collection and shipment back to our premises, from the final refund payment.
All the prices you see include UK VAT .
